Freedom To Go ambassador Oliver Webb shares his experience of taking to the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed hill climb for BAC Mono...
With a podium finish at the FIA World Endurance Championship, and Le Mans under his belt, Freedom To Go ambassador Oliver Webb hit Goodwood for BAC Mono.
Oliver shared his Goodwood #FOS experience with Freedom To Go...
'Goodwood Festival of Speed is always such an amazing event, to get so many amazing cars, bikes, plans and general toys, driven and riden by the best in the world. To have all this on one Glastonbury style site is unreal. Whats even better? Everyone is camping and parked up together like a family for the 4 days, between black tie balls and doing 150mph between the trees up the hill there is a great Drivers camp site to get back to.
Thanks to Freedom to Go and Bailey of Bristol I had all the comforts I needed to sleep in luxury and be refreshed for the next days runs, sliding sideways for the crowds.'
At only 20 years old, our ambassador Oliver Webb has achieved an impressive amount in his motor racing career including:
2014 European Le Mans Champion
2015 Dubai 24 hours Champion
2015 World Endurance Championship factory driver
Throughout 2015 Oliver will be blogging at freedomtogo.co.uk about his racing season and sharing his experience on how a leisure vehicle helps him achieve his goals, enhances his time at the track and how easy it is to get going in one – you don’t have to be racing driver!
