Freedom to Go has teamed up with Ringwood Brewery, because what’s better than a beer in the great outdoors after a hard days holidaying in your leisure vehicle!? To kick off this brilliant partnership we’ve got another perfect match for you in the form of some beer and food pairing!
The complex flavours of real ales make each beer individual and more suited to certain dishes, for example a powerfully hopped IPA will be packed full of citrus fruit flavours and be the perfect match for a spicy dish. A stronger alcohol amber beer with a more malty taste will suit a richer dish such as a steak pie or even a sweeter dessert dish!
This first taste of deliciousness in our series is a succulently slow cooked sticky BBQ ribs paired with the Ringwood Brewery 49er, a golden brown craft ale full of rich flavours.
