In 2015 to raise awareness of the great adventures you can have in a leisure vehicle and celebrate 130 years of leisure caravanning we set out on a journey to break a Guinness World Record.
We decided that we would create a life-size model caravan made of LEGO Bricks, based on the distinctive ‘teardrop’ shape of a T@B 320 RS caravan. It was constructed by the UK’s only LEGO Certified Professional builders, taking more than 1,000 man hours and using a total of 215,158 LEGO Bricks to complete.
The finished model has a full interior including a fully furnished kitchen, seating area, bed and not to forget the working rear lights and running water!

Want to see it for yourself? The LEGO® Brick caravan is now on display at Beaulieu National Motor Museum in Hampshire. Take a look inside at the amenities including a sink with running water, chess set and toothbrushes – all made of LEGO. Why not take a picture and share it with us and your friends on social media using #LEGOBrickCaravan
